The process from start to finish took too long. Once Larry got involved it was streamlined and moved right along. Five months seems excessive for a refinance.

My refinancing took about 5 months to complete. I wasn't kept in the loop through much of the process on why it was taking so long. I know now that it had to do with the rates and an expected drop. Knowing that all along the way would have...
