    What I know now, I feel Francki and Claudia both were a bit checked out since they most likely knew they were leaving the firm. The communication from both of them seemed very short and cold especially over the phone.

    Collected a ton of docs up front so things were so easy once the file went into underwriting. Very responsive and has a great team
