The communication of what was going on was great.

Didn't have to delay closing

Our appraisal was the only thing that was very disappointing but the it's always a roll of the dice. Thanks!

Lance was able to turn around a pre-approval letter within a day so I could make an offer on the home I wanted to purchase. The process was smooth and the loan was completed in time for closing.

Lance did a fantastic job handling our refinance. He explained all of the pros and cons in simple terms, this helped us decide if refinancing was the right choice for us. If he didn't think it was worth it, he wouldn't go through with the loan....
