Throughout the home buying process, Lance always made himself available and answered every question with a positive attitude. As an anxious person, this allowed for me to feel more comfortable as I knew that Lance was very approachable.
Lance was very helpful and informative. He was patient with all my questions. He was also very encouraging. Most of all though, he agreed to speak with my parents who are older about my questions, and he was very kind to them!

Everything was OK except giving my information to a insurance sales person who called me trying to sell us insurance and products, I did not need for this transaction. Person stated he got my information from Lance and that caused distrust.
