Lance explained everthing very clearly, was very professional and so nice! He was responsive to emails and calls.The process was great too - it was so easy to provide the needed information.

Once is knowledgeable and can answer all questions. Lance made ease of the process just needs to work on keeping times that he sets with peopĺe.
