It had a good experience with communication
The effective communication and care LaDonna provided made this experience amazing. This is my first time in the home-buying process. I learned how overwhelming I can be. But working with LaDonna made things a lot easier.

She has assisted low to moderate income borrowers through homebuyer education all the way to homeownership, and has most recently joined the Neighborhood Housing Services in 2014, assisting with the Neighborhood Lift Program and EnergyWorks KC Program.
