Great communication!
Communication is great. Lacey takes the time to sit down with the buyers and find the best loan for their situation, explains things and keeps everyone informed throughout the process.
I loved the weekly updates. I never had to reach out for status. You guys were very efficient!
Communication is the key, but predicting the customers needs and quickly replying to their questions is the answer to a great business. That's you guy's.
Overall the experience was great! The team communicated well, and always replied quickly when we had any questions. Tylor kept us up to date on the loan process the whole time, and provided excellent customer service.
