Things went smoothly for the most part. I wasn't used to all the sites to log on and finish tasks.
Great communication and keeping us on track with all the paperwork.
They were knowledgeable, helpful, responsive, and most importantly to me, they were able to get the loan closed in a very short period of time.
There was lots of information that changed very quickly. Some of those changes were difficult to understand. NFM did a good job getting that information to us. Making sure we understood each change as it happened was very good.
It was a great experience where communication was top notch!
