Kyle never failed to go out of his way to make sure I understood everything. He also did an outstanding job meeting my special needs.
We would have like a little bit more personal communication. Our last experience with a house we had someone come over and sit down and walk us through it. The electronic forms were ok but we were confused on some portions.
I really enjoyed how accessible Kyle was. He explained things to us when we had questions, and the personalized closing video was incredibly helpful.
Kyle and team was very responsive and got everything done in a timely manner
