I would say at times it was a little stressful, the process took longer than I expected. Although I did get responses somewhat timely , the team did get back to me and answered my questions.

lots of communication and very easy to submitt documents into the portal. What I really liked was how the lender was constantly communicating everything I needed making it very easy to process the loan quicker
