Everybody was helpful. Very knowledgeable. Got everything to me in a timely manner. Was able to answer all my questions. The process went smoothly and I feel like I was given the best service.
Just took way to long. Wasn't kept informed of what was going on in the process. Had to reach out multiple times to get answers.
