Speed and open communication
Kyle was very professional and help me walk through the process as a first time home buyer. He broke things down so I could understand and learn about the process.
The communication throughout was excellent and the closing was verry efficient. There was no wasted time during the closing and the documents were complete and accurate.
Better communication and transparency. Don’t make promises you can’t keep. At one point Kyle said “I give you my word you won’t need to bring more than $XXXX to closing” we believed him and at the last min it went up with no clear explanation....
