Kyle was very helpful during a tough time for us. I was embarrassed with how badly we'd let our debt situation get to and he was not judgemental. He was calming, helpful and optimistic about getting us help with using our equity to help.

The whole process was very onerous and took two months. The communication regarding closing was unclear. I was not told about the $500 deposit early in the process.
