Everything turned out fine but not a very personal experience. You should pick up the phone and talk to your clients sometimes instead of only using email.
The responses to questions were timely and very detailed. Communication was wonderful through the whole process. We never waited for answers, help or guidance. For the mortgage process, this was a refreshing experience.
