Kurt was very friendly and helpful. He checked in regularly to keep me up to date and informed with the loan process.
I wasn't considering a re-fi or new loan, but it worked out great getting a HE-LOC.

Kurt was Great, the coordination with your other departments needs work, in that you have various people calling for collecting the same info. and trying to sell the same thing.
