Kurt was very friendly and professional
Kurt was able to get us to the closing table. It was touch and go for a minute, he was able to work with the buyer to get documentation needed to get a final loan approval Thanks for all your hardwork on this one!

The process went smoothly. No big bumps. When we had to provide extra information, the need was communicated to us. We were given clear deadlines.
Kurt and his staff helped me so much. Being very ignorant of this process, it was very good to have someone "in my corner" explaining everthing and answering all of my questions.
