Transition between lenders weeks before closing was not very smooth, especially the portal part. Didn't talk to Jason, just exchanged emails on documents he needed.

I felt overwhelmed with so many new documents I had to provide . I would have liked to know about them all at once, but instead they kept needing more and more.
