Communication was informative and we felt that we were ‘kept in the loop’
Jason's team makes the process easy from start to finish. He is honest with you and won't steer you in the wrong direction. We've purchased two properties through him and we will continue using him for all of our property purchases.
The staff were all quick to respond and very helpful. Our loan officer often seemed annoyed at our questions and was not very patient with us as first time home buyers.
The app was great and made things very easy. Being able to just upload the documents needed made the entire process easier for me.
