Kris was very hands on through the loan process during our first home loan. He made sure we were well informed and always available to answer our questions. I would recommend him to all my friends and family for there future mortgages.

He worked hard to obtain financing despite past credit circumstances and aND out of state communication. However liens on home did not surface till Title investigation and we're linked to homeowners former Business.

No matter the time of day or if it was a weekend, Kris was always willing and able to answer all of my questions. All fees and out of pocket money for the refinance were explained well and there were no surprises.
