Kristi was extremely friendly and walked us through the process. She kept us calm and made sure that the experience was fun even though buying a home is very nervous. We love that Huild will not sell our mortgage.

Kristi Pofahl was able to help my son and I buy his first house! He had limited credit so i cosigned for him, and not much money down. But that didn’t seem to matter to Kristi! She treated us like family and helped us through the whole process....
