The communication was constant, all questions answered in a timely manner, multiple people jumping in to assist if Kristi was off or busy, calls to request documents were professional, overall very easy process for a first time home buyer.
Very easy going through the process. Quick responses to my questions. I heard so many nightmare stories about home purchases but it was not bad at all. Kristi made it very low stress and as simple as possible.
