There were too many times I had to keep submitting, and re-submitting documentation as needed instead of having a list of items needed at the beginning. We were also mixed up with another client during the loan process.
We have used Guild mortgage and Kristen Shipley for both of our home purchases. She is amazing and we will continue to use her. If you’re looking to purchase or refinance, you must use her. She’s really just so great!!
