Communication was good, the app was pretty easy to use and the explanations on everything were thorough and presented in a way that was easy to understand.

Everyone was friendly, and helpful
Communication was great when necessary, we did have some hiccups with documentation we had brought to fairway. Holly and Kris did an amazing job keeping on top of resolving those issues.
