Kris is terrific and her team kept us informed as the process progressed.
Lock in interest rate earlier in the process. Was told it’d be around 750 I’d need to bring to close was over 1100. The app used to sign paper work isn’t completely clear. Everyone was friendly which was nice.
First time buying a home and these ladies made it possible. They put in all efforts for us to save every cent we could. And they kept us up to date throughout the whole process! Would recommend!!!
