Better communication and an overall better knowledge of va loans
Korey's communication was very good, and we were consistently aware of what was happening during the loan process. That made us feel very comfortable because we appreciated being kept updated.
Korey listened to us on what we were comfortable with, rather than telling us what we should be comfortable with. She was a great advocate.
