a better understanding of how the payoff of debt was going to be accomplished. I was unprepared when checks made out to creditors appeared, I mailed them and two weeks later some of the accounts are still open.

Korbyn was wonderful, it was Amerisave in a whole that was a horrible experience. First it took alot longer than expected because of my loan officer Herrrico--there wasn't communication with him. I had to call & send several emails to get answers....

Great communications. When I had a question, I got a quick response. When I was on the phone or computer, I had all my inquiries answered in a timely manner.
