    I never received an update on this loan so there was zero communication. Also nothing was done to assure the borrower had wiring instructions to get his money to the attorney prior to the closing.

    Transparency in getting all informationa an what you need out and to me ASAP. Did this with another company for the down payment and it was miserable. Thanks for being a good company.

    Signing most documents prior to closing made closing a little quicker. Still took over an hour.
