The Movement Mortgage team was communicative, detail oriented and went above and beyond assisting us throughout the process!
A little more timely combination would have been cool. But I think with the type of loan I think her hands were tied. Overall, it was great.
The process just took too long which made it very stressful and not very pleasant
Kim was always available anytime I had a question and answered every question I had. She kept me up to date on everything that was going on and was extremely nice.
Communication and updates
Kim not only has knowledge of what needs to be done with our mortgage, she has a great attitude and a kind spirit that makes for an enjoyable experience.
