Quick communication was huge.
The only thing that we thought negatively about was the rate lock expiration. I do not know if this is true, but we felt that at a smaller mortgage company that could have been extended for us.
Kim made me feel comfortable and explained things when I didn’t understand, a lot of people are not very comfortable doing a lot on computers and Kim helped me have Goid experience .
