There was lots of communication and the process was very easy
Kim and her team were incredible. The entire process was smooth and every step of the way, Kim provided clear instructions and communication. Absolutely the BEST experience I have ever had and will refer anyone to Kim for their loan needs.
I don't really have anything to compare it against, but some basic expectations were met such as communication.
