She's been always pick up her phone with very welcoming voice and keep encouraging for asking any questions that I might have at that time.
Kim was pleasant and was able to offer many options. She always responded in a timely manner and was able to execute a fairly complex time line.
Her knowledge, communication skills are wonderful. Her vast knowledge in the structuring a loan is very impressive.
I will recommend her and use her again if I should need her!
