Better communication. We are first time home buyers so we wanted to go local. Day of closing we had questions and was hard to get in touch with our broker.
My experience with kim and academy Mortgage was great considering this trying time with covid and all. We met all our deadlines and I close on my home monday.
Any loan that starts in February and doesn't close until the end of July, even with a pandemic, is not satisfactory. There has to be a problem somewhere. One problem was changing the loan to vhfa when the property had acreage that did not qualify...
