Overall this was a very smooth refinance, I like the online tools available.
Kim is very responsive.
Working with Kim and First Mortgage Direct was the easiest, most painless refi experience and process that we have ever been through. Kim was very helpful along the way and answered all of our questions quickly.
Kim is very responsive in her communication. She provided me with a good mortgage rate and explained everything in detail. The final CD was very close to the initial CD I received during my initial inquiry.
