The rate was great. While the wait for and communication concerning the appraisal could have been better, the loan came through in time and we closed successfully on the home.
She kept up with communication through the whole process and even when houses fell through, she was a constant and great communicator.
She was very pleasant and patient.
Kim is knowledgeable and takes care if business. She was able to takeover, turnaround around my closing with a good rate in 2.5 weeks.
