Everyone on this team was communicative, patient but deliberate, and really made sure I knew where I was at in the loan process. Made me feel confident in choosing Academy Mortgage the entire way!
Have had several mortgages in my life. This was by far the most difficult. Never ending requests for documentation. "Team" members not communicating with each other etc.
Friendly & professional service. We were always well-informed about next steps, what was needed from us, & timing of final outcome.
