Personable staff.
Kim and her team helped me with my first investment property in 2021, during covid, when other banks would not. She just helped me refinace my 2nd property - and connect me with a commercial loan. I would have nothing without her work!
If you want a less stressful home buying situation do not go with Kim. I was asked to submit multiple documents multiple times. Had to do the leg work to contact former employers to get the information requested. Took her weeks to say she couldn't...
