Great communication.
Long process. Communication. Appreciate the help in getting it done however
Kim made the refinancing process seamless and took care of all the details to get my mortgage done quickly!
Communication. I really would have appreciated more use of phone calls instead of emails and a few text messages. That would have made getting my questions answered a lot quicker and less stressful.
Kim was very friendly and went over everything thoroughly and ask questions and waited for an answer nicely.
Kim was supportive when I asked odd questions, since I'm new to this.

The process was smooth. Not a lot of hoops to jump through. They tell you what paperwork is needed and once everything is submitted, you’re closing.
Kim is very responsive and helpful. My husband and I financed our home and then refinanced with Fairway. I have absolute confidence that Kim has our best interest as a priority.
