Speaking with Kim was very easy. She is very down to earth. Explain everything. We were always in constant communication. I thank God for her help. Her husband was also a great help.

Kim was amazing and got our loan approved in the time we needed for a relocation. We loved her positive attitude and how she kept us well informed during every step of the process. The whole Alcove team was amazing.
