The process was explained well. While much of the process was electronic with communication through email and information supplied and forms filled out online, there were several more personal touch points along the way.
Kim was very informative and detail oriented when it came to explaining to us what the process was. She was always available to answer questions and reached out to us when needed. Over all a incredible experience.
