I did not work directly with Kim, but I was happy to have updates on the buyer's loan along the way to ensure my seller's things were on track. Everything closed on time without any issues.

Kims helping my client on the phone and the communication through the hole transaction. The best thing is we did not have to wait for funding and the mortgage closer to say we were done.
