Kim has so much knowledge on the different types of loans and programs that fit my needs perfectly.
Had to follow up constantly, but had immediate action when I did. Once the loan was executed, I had to reach out to figure out how to access the funds and wound up with a checkbook and zero instructions for online access.
The experience with Draper and Kramer and Kim Crea was as good as it gets! Kim has such amazing expertise as well creative problem solving skills. The communication is unparalleled and I would recommend to all.
