Kim was very responsive. I would have appreciated having an in-person meeting to go through what documents we'd be needing to sign early on in the process.
Kim and Jake were really responsive and seemed like they had our best interest in mind. They took all the time necessary to answer our questions and walk us through everything. Only complaint is all the documents we had to sign! :)
She was very genuine, very flexible, and worked really hard to make up for any mistakes.
