Kim was super to work with - very responsive, timely with her advice, patient with the borrowers and very diligent. I hope we have the opportunity to work together again in the near future.
Kim is amazing. I recommended her to the buyers agent so I felt as the listing agent I was kept abreast the whole time. She made the sale happen and couldn’t believe that the coop sale happened within 30 days.
