Kim was very responsive and kept us up to speed on the process.
Kim was aways available to help the client prior to writing an offer and throughout the transaction. She gave weekly updates to the buyers and the agents involved. Everything went smoothly and settled on time

I really appreciated that Kim was active and involved with the process and that she was available to answer questions when I had them, even after normal business hours.
Ms. Cox was on top of everything but support staff was sloppy, including $22,500 error on one of the disclosure forms.
Kim went above and beyond to help us close smoothly.
