The whole experience was great! We initially had another lending company that would not accept the appraisal that was done. The Cole team looked at it and approved it and had everything written with a turnaround of about two weeks.
Kim was the best, she was very personable and always returned my calls and emails. She always made us feel like we didnt have to worry about anything and that she had everything taken care of.
