Very unprofessional‼️‼️ we were set to close on our home and that did NOT happen due to her lack of due diligence

Kim doesn’t follow up and she doesn’t seem serious about assisting anyone with securing a loan. My humble suggestion is to find yourself a lender that cares about you!!!!!
