Both Heidi and Kevin are very knowledgeable and very helpful. There were some misunderstandings during the process, but overall everything was smooth and easy.
Seamless, clear and timely communication. All questions answered, everything done on time.

Kevin laid out 5 options with different down payments, and the resulting different monthly mortgage payments. This was a big help in deciding how much to put down!
Only comment I would have is about when cash to close needs to be transferred. Not sure who is responsible for communicating that. I was only give a date. To me that means by EOD. To the bank it means one thing and to your office it means noon....
