I was at times overwhelmed by the process but the team took care of my fears and always managed to guide me till I got the best fit for me.
seemed to have lack of communication this time and was strung along for quite some time due to Kevin saying interest rate was going to go lower and was was told is was going to be 3.1 and ended up being 3.25
