    He never had any issue answering any questions we had. Being a first time home buyer there were many. If for some reason he was not able to answer the phone when I call he always call back in a timely manner. He was great to work with!

    I think your communication near closing time was below par. I forwarded Emerald an email about the mortgage being transferred to PHH the week before closing and there was no response. It just felt like you got too busy.
