THIS WAS A DIFFICULT TRANSACTION DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE CLIENTS HAD A LANGUAGE INPEDIMENT! HOWEVER KEVIN WAS VERY PATIENT AND HANDLED IT VERY WELL.
